Better Together for Venezuela

If you noticed we've been a little quiet lately, here's why.

After the earthquakes hit Venezuela, we paused our usual posts and reached out directly to organizations doing relief work on the ground. Most of our clients are grassroots groups. Many run on volunteers. Many don't have steady funding. They do this work because they care, not because it's easy. When something like this happens, they need help fast, and that help often doesn't come with a budget attached.

So we offered our time for free.

A Personal Connection

Our teammate Celyn is from Venezuela. This isn't distant news for her or for us. We gave her paid time off this week so she could be with her family and process what's happening. At the same time, our whole team is dedicating this week to pro bono support for organizations responding to the earthquake. One week isn't enough to undo this kind of devastation, but it's what we can give right now, and we plan to keep showing up after this week ends too.

How You Can Help

We put together a rapid response page that lists organizations working on the ground, including several right here in our own Orlando community. Many are small, volunteer driven groups. Some only recently received any funding at all. All of them are doing real work and deserve real support.
