In 2025, Palante Nonprofits demonstrated that sustainable growth depends on building strong systems and fostering transparency and shared accountability. Moving from a solo consultancy to a collaborative team, Palante focused on infrastructure that supports long-term success. Their 2025 Impact Report offers valuable lessons for nonprofits aiming to grow with clarity and purpose.
Who we served
In 2025, we supported organizations including:
ALPFA through Monday.com implementation and systems design
Junior League of Greater Orlando with development support tailored to a volunteer-led organization
Children Beyond Our Borders with grassroots fundraising capacity-building
Across engagements, our role was consistent: bring clarity to fundraising, structure to operations, and accountability to implementation.
Where we are going in 2026
Our 2026 goal is bold and measurable.
As outlined on page 10 of the report, Palante Nonprofits is working to help organizations collectively raise $1 million while building systems that last.
This is not about chasing revenue. It is about building internal capacity so that growth does not collapse under its own weight.
Our focus for 2026:
Stronger development strategy
Sustainable staffing structures
Clearer reporting frameworks
Long-term client partnerships
Moving toward full-time roles and benefits for our team
Because sustainable organizations require sustainable people.
Gratitude
This report is not just a reflection. It is a commitment.
To transparency. To systems. To nonprofit leaders who are tired of improvising and ready to build infrastructure that holds.
If your organization needs development support grounded in transparency, systems, and care, we would be honored to partner with you.
